Build a Minifigure 3-Pack

Minifigures are sold in packs of 3 and cannot be purchased separately.
The Build A Minifigure 3-Pack is available for shipping orders only - Click and Collect is not available at this time. However, all our stores have an extensive range and you can visit any store to build your own minifigure 3-pack in store.
The three Minifigures will be packed in the 3-Pack plastic packaging (holder).
You can add more than one of the same minifigure to your 3-Pack, i.e. you can order three of the same minifigure.
Sometimes our most popular LEGO® sets really do fly off the shelves; especially at Christmas. To be fair to all our customers, we set a limit per customer on certain items/sets – we have applied a limit of three Build a Minifigure 3-Packs per customer – i.e. you can order a maximum of 9 of the same Minifigure.
The individual Minifigures are as per the images shown – we cannot change any elements e.g., Head / accessories
Once a particular Minifigure sells out, it will no longer be shown as an option to select in the ‘Build a Minifigure 3-Pack’. If you can no longer see your preferred minifigure on the website, unfortunately, it means it is sold out and no longer available for purchase. We do replenish these regularly, so please check back at a later time to see if we have more available
The Build a Minifigure 3-Pack, and all of its components, are non-refundable and not able to be exchanged.

Engraving

1.Engraving is available on SELECTED colours of our LEGO 2x4 block keychains > those colours that can be engraved will show an ‘Add Engraving’ option on the product page, above the orange 'Add to Bag' button.

2.Engraved items are available for both shipping and Click and Collect / Pickup within Australia and New Zealand.

3.To avoid being asked to return at a later time to pick up your engraved items, please do wait until you receive your ‘Ready for pickup’ email before coming into the store.

4.Engraving is not available on any other items or block keychain colours (including the 2x6 keychain) at this time.

5.Only white or black ink will be used for engraving. Black ink will be used on light-coloured blocks e.g., Pink. White ink will be used on all other colours of block keychains. The colour of ink is automatically applied and we are unable to accept any special requests for changes or different-coloured ink at this time.

6.All engravings are limited to 8 characters and pre-fixed to sentence case – this means only the first letter will be upper case / capitalised.

7.All engravings are limited to letters and numbers; symbols and emojis cannot be engraved

8.Our Engraving machines are able to cater for different characters and accents within different languages.

9.There are some words which cannot be engraved due to the settings we have in place – if you have any questions, please contact customer care

Alquemie LCS Pty Ltd ACN 629 981 497 (‘AG LEGO Certified Stores’) VIP Reward Cards and member benefits are for exclusive use of the AG LEGO Certified Stores’ VIP Member.
By joining the AG LEGO Certified Stores VIP Program, you are agreeing to receive emails and text messages from AG LEGO Certified Stores and all of the brands associated with AG LEGO Certified Stores from time to time, including, but not limited to, AG LEGO Certified Stores (‘Our Brands’). You can opt out of receiving emails or text messages at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the latest email or text message you received which directs you to our preference centre, reply STOP to the text message or click the unsubscribe link in the email you received from us. Alternatively you can contact us on online@bricksmegastore.com and we will opt you out of future promotional messaging. In both instances it may take up to 5 business days for your preferences to be updated on our system.
AG LEGO Certified Stores may use your personal information to contact you from time to time and/or to send advertisements about events, products and services which we think you are likely to be interested in.
Our Privacy Policy also forms part of these Terms and Conditions. To qualify for AG LEGO Certified Stores VIP Points:
1. Members must present their AG LEGO Certified Stores VIP card or input their membership number with every transaction; and
2. Make purchases in the form of cash, credit card or cheque.
Members can only earn and redeem AG LEGO Certified Stores VIP Points in the following way:
1. Members will be awarded one (1) AG LEGO Certified Stores VIP Point for every $1.50 spent in AG LEGO Certified Stores.
2. Every one hundred (100) AG LEGO Certified Stores VIP Points accumulated can be used to apply a $7.50 discount towards your next purchase. AG LEGO Certified Stores VIP Points are only redeemable in quantities of one hundred (100).
3. Refunds on purchases that accrue AG LEGO Certified Stores will have those points deducted accordingly.
AG LEGO Certified Stores VIP Points:
1. cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;

3. terminate any individual's membership or refuse to issue any individual any membership in its absolute discretion.
AG LEGO Certified Stores and Our Brands shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by members resulting from such suspensions, terminations, variations or changes as set out in clause 11, or arising from the AG LEGO VIP Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
