3. Present the store staff with your barcode or 9-digit Customer ID number so that they can lodge the plan on their end. 

4. Once they've done that, press Proceed and then select your plan terms.

Click & Collect is a FREE service that allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from your preferred AG LEGO Certified store.

6. Once you have successfully placed your order, wait for us to send you an email telling you that your order is ready, then simply go to your selected store with your TAX INVOICE and your photo ID (so we know it’s you!).

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with an EXCHANGE or a CREDIT NOTE, within 30 DAYS of the PURCHASE DATE.

* Products must be UNUSED, UNDAMAGED and UNOPENED in its ORIGINAL packaging.

* Engraved and Customised items (including Pick-A-Brick and Build-A-Minifigure items) cannot be returned – unless deemed faulty.

We offer Click and Collect at all of our Australian AG LEGO® Certified Stores. On the product pages, you can search your local store/s to see if they have the product/s you are looking for.

Our online orders can take up 12-24 hours to be processed. Please allow extra time during busy periods.

If the store cannot confirm stock availability at your preferred pick-up location, you will receive an email notification, and we will refund you the cost of the un-supplied item(s).

Once your order is ready, you have five (5) days to collect it from your nominated store.

If you do not pick up your order within 5 days after you receive your ‘Ready for Pickup’ notification, we will cancel it automatically and you will receive an ‘Order Cancelled’ email. If your order is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3-5 business days for any refunds to appear on your banking statement.

You need to bring photo identification and a copy of your order confirmation. If somebody is collecting on your behalf, they will also need to bring a copy of the order confirmation and ID.

To nominate someone else to pick up your order, please include their FULL NAME + Mobile Number on the CART page.
