We offer standard and express delivery through Australia Post within Australia, and a standard domestic delivery service within New Zealand via NZ Post.
The Delivery cost is provided in the checkout, and is based on weight, size and delivery location.

Once your order is dispatched, you can use your tracking number to view updates on your order's progress.
Your order may come to you in more than one parcel, you will be sent a shipping tracking number for each parcel. Please note, at this time, not all stores are able to send items to you. If you place an order for click and collect, for an item that is not available for shipping at the checkout, and are unable to collect from the store selected, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a refund.

We use Australia Post for all our Australian orders and ship from multiple locations.
Digital Parcel Collection notification
From 26 June, parcel receivers who have registered with MyPost will be updated about their parcel with digital notifications*. If a delivery was attempted but no one was home, customers will be informed via email, the Australia Post app, or by SMS. These customers will receive notification of attempted delivery with details of where to collect their item, when the item is available for collection – ensuring their item is ready for them when they arrive. Customers receiving parcels can customise how they receive notifications from Auspost within their notification preferences, so they receive the information in the way that suits them best.
"If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS*. If your parcel has not been successfully matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card."
Returns & Exchanges
If, for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will happily provide you with an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE in store or a CREDIT NOTE within 30 DAYS of receiving your online order subject to the following:
1. Purchases must be accompanied with an itemised AG LEGO Certified Store receipt or an online confirmation email for online purchases 2. Products must be UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, UNOPENED and in their ORIGINAL packaging.

Click & Collect
Shop online & pick up in store
Click & Collect is a FREE service that allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from your preferred AG LEGO Certified store.
We offer Click & Collect from all stores within Australia and New Zealand.
- No minimum or maximum purchase $ amount.
- Our Click and Collect orders will be available in four (4) hours in all AG LEGO Certified Stores for orders placed during store trading hours.
- You will receive an email notifying you as soon as your order is ready to collect
Please check the store trading hours & do not visit the store until you receive this email confirmation.
- Click and Collect orders will be held for a maximum of seven (7) days in
your chosen store. After this time, we will cancel your order and a refund will
be issued to the original payment method.

We are always grateful to our customers for their interest in our products, but sometimes our most popular LEGO® sets fly off the shelves! To be fair to all our customers, we set a limit per customer on certain items/sets – especially New Releases. You can check that limit by looking at a set’s product page on our website, or by asking one of our team members in store.
VIP Program
FREE to join, with no tiers or limits, our VIP Program rewards you every time you shop online or in one of our AG LEGO® Certified Stores.

EARNING POINTS
For every $1.50 spent in AG LEGO® Certified Stores or online, you will receive 1 point. Once you reach 100 points, you will receive a $7.50 coupon to put towards your next purchase.
For orders placed online, your points are added to your account when your order has been shipped or when you you pick up your order from a store.
In a store your points are added to your account at the time of purchase.

* VIP Points and/or Coupons cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
* VIP Points and/or Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
* All AG LEGO® Certified Store VIP Points and/or Coupons expire two (2) years after they are earnt, if they have not been redeemed.
* VIP Points and/or Coupons will only be accrued on dollars spent within a transaction.
* VIP points generally take up to 24 hours to convert into coupons. During triple points promotions, your coupons will take longer to apply to your account (up to 4 days). Please see offer terms and conditions for more details.
* VIP Coupons once redeemed are not refundable or exchangeable. If you return or exchange any products purchased with VIP Coupons, the previously redeemed coupons will NOT be credited back onto your account.
* Multiple VIP Coupons can be used at one time, up to the value of 50% of the total transaction value.
Gift Cards
The AG LEGO® Certified Stores gift card is ONLY valid in the country of issue. The card is redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. The card cannot be reloaded or refunded. Any value unused after the Expiry Date may not be refunded and may become the property of the issuer. For balance enquiries or addition of funds, please visit any of our LEGO® Certified Stores. This is not a credit/debit card and carries no implied warranties. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Card has no value until purchased. Treat your gift card as you would cash.
An AG LEGO Certified Store e-Gift Card is an electronic voucher which is purchased online. It is sent via email to the person who purchases the e-Gift Card and is currently only available in Australia.
Please Note: The card will be sent to the person placing the order. It can then be forwarded to the recipient.

We’re really sorry to hear that something was missing from your new LEGO® set.
LEGO does their best to make every set perfect and they take it very seriously when a faulty one sneaks through. Don’t worry though, they can send you the parts you need!
