Your order may come to you in more than one parcel, you will be sent a shipping tracking number for each parcel. Please note, at this time, not all stores are able to send items to you. If you place an order for click and collect, for an item that is not available for shipping at the checkout, and are unable to collect from the store selected, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a refund.

Digital Parcel Collection notification
From 26 June, parcel receivers who have registered with MyPost will be updated about their parcel with digital notifications*. If a delivery was attempted but no one was home, customers will be informed via email, the Australia Post app, or by SMS. These customers will receive notification of attempted delivery with details of where to collect their item, when the item is available for collection – ensuring their item is ready for them when they arrive. Customers receiving parcels can customise how they receive notifications from Auspost within their notification preferences, so they receive the information in the way that suits them best.
"If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS*. If your parcel has not been successfully matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card."
Unfortunately, not all items are available for delivery. Delivery options are subject to availability and delivery destination.
In the instance the product is not in stock in our warehouse or a store that has shipping facilities, the item may only be available for Click and Collect. Simply remove the item that is only available for Click and Collect to proceed to select delivery for your method for all other items.

Unfortunately, not all stores are able to ship to an address as this time; for click and collect orders if your billing address is not near the collection store, we will contact you. If you are unable to collect in person (or nominate someone to pick up on their behalf), we will refund the order.

- How quickly will I get my order? Order before midday Monday to Friday, and you’ll have your order delivered by 8pm that same day! Bookings placed after 12pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, will be delivered the next business day.
- Do you offer contactless delivery? All our orders for Same Day Delivery are contactless; this is so you don’t need to wait around all day for your orders to be delivered… our deliveries are generally made between 2pm and 8pm.
- Will I be able to track my order? Yes, you will receive emails at each stage of the delivery; from pick up, right the way through to delivery. And you will receive a tracking number and link – so you can see your parcel’s progress on the Get it Fast website
Upon delivery, you’ll receive an email with a photo and a map of the location where the parcel has been left.
- Can I provide a specific time for delivery? Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the ability to offer a specific time, or day for delivery. How will I know when my order has been delivered? You’ll receive an email with a photo and a map of the location where the parcel has been left.
- Are all LEGO products eligible for Same Day Delivery? There are no restrictions to the type of products that can be delivered to you with our Same Day Delivery service – however, we are restricted to select postcodes, and availability of product in the stores that send out the orders to those postcodes. Same Day (Get it Fast) Delivery is available to customers within a 10km radius of select stores. If Same Day Delivery is an option for the item(s) you have chosen, the Same Day Delivery option will display on the Delivery page in the checkout. We will be adding more postcodes over the coming weeks and months (as well as an additional postcode ‘look up’ to see available delivery/pick up options before you get to the checkout) – we will advise customers of these service extensions, via our emails and social media pages. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will happily provide you with an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE in store or a CREDIT NOTE within 30 DAYS of receiving your online order subject to the following:

Click & Collect is a FREE service that allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from your preferred AG LEGO Certified store.
We offer Click & Collect from all stores within Australia and New Zealand.

- Our Click and Collect orders will be available in four (4) hours in all AG LEGO Certified Stores for orders placed during store trading hours.

3. Click ADD TO BAG – you are now free to browse and add other items to your cart.

5. You'll see an ORDER NOTES entry box in the bag/cart - this is where you can nominate someone else to pick up your order for you, simply add the name and mobile number of the nominated person into this entry box.
6. Within the checkout you'll be given the option to Ship or Pickup your order; tick the 'Pickup' option to view all the stores that have the item(s) available for click and collect.

You can view which stores have an item/set by clicking on “Locations + ” on the product page. Stock levels by store/location are updated frequently throughout the day. All our stores offer Click & Collect.
Your order will be ready for collection from your nominated store in four (4) hours in all AG LEGO Certified Stores for orders placed during store trading hours.
Please check the website for store trading hours. You will receive an email notifying you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please wait to receive this email before collecting your order, particularly if your order contains an item with engraving.
To nominate someone else to pick up your order, please include their full name + Mobile Number in the ORDER NOTES on the CART/bag page.
Alternatively, please call the store that your order is placed with and let them know. Please provide them with the order number as well as their First & Last Names and Mobile Number of the new person picking up.
Please note: You cannot change the nominated pick-up person on the day of collection.
Once your order is ready, you have seven (7) days to collect it from your nominated store.
Unfortunately, our stores are limited by the space they have, so are unable to store Click & Collect purchases for longer than 7 days.
You need to bring photo identification and a copy of your order confirmation. If somebody is collecting on your behalf, they will also need to bring a copy of the order confirmation and photo ID.

If you do not pick up your order within 7 days after you receive your ‘Ready for Pickup’ notification, we will cancel it automatically and you will receive a refund email. If your order is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3-5 business days for any refunds to appear on your banking statement.
Unfortunately, the store cannot be changed on your order. If you are unable to visit the chosen store, we recommend that you place another order for your preferred store and contact our Customer Care Team to cancel the order and provide a refund.
If the store cannot confirm stock availability at your preferred pick-up location, you will receive a refund email notification, and we will refund you the cost of the un-supplied item(s).

Pre-order is available on selected sets. Items available for Pre-order will have Pre-order button instead of an ADD TO BAG, accompanied by text above outlining the date the item will be shipped/ ready for click and collect. All sets available for Pre-order are highlighted here

Cancellations of pre-orders that are being sent to a delivery address can be made up to 5 days before the displayed shipping date . If you have placed an order with Click and Collect, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will process the cancellation for you.
*Please note any order that contains a GWP cannot be cancelled if that item was used to meet the threshold. This is because the customer would already have received the gift with purchase.

Gift Cards
The AG LEGO® Certified Stores gift card is ONLY valid in the country of issue. The card is redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. The card cannot be reloaded or refunded. Any value unused after the Expiry Date may not be refunded and may become the property of the issuer. For balance enquiries or addition of funds, please visit any of our LEGO® Certified Stores. This is not a credit/debit card and carries no implied warranties. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Card has no value until purchased. Treat your gift card as you would cash.
An AG LEGO Certified Store e-Gift Card is an electronic voucher which is purchased online. It is sent via email to the person who purchases the e-Gift Card and is currently only available in Australia.
Please Note: The card will be sent to the person placing the order. It can then be forwarded to the recipient.

In addition, if your e-Gift Card email contained a PIN, you can also redeem this in one of our stores; just show your e-Gift Card to a team member at the till to process the e-Gift Card as payment. PIN-enabled gift cards were made available to purchase online from 7pm on 15th December 2021.
Those e-Gift Cards purchased online before 7pm 15th December (where a PIN was not provided) cannot be redeemed in stores.

An AG LEGO Certified Store Gift Card is a wallet-sized, plastic card that works like a debit card. It can be purchased in any AG LEGO Certified Store and can be used for purchases both in-store and online from the 14th December 2021. Please note: The AG LEGO Certified Stores gift card is ONLY valid in the country of issue. The card is redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. The card cannot be reloaded or refunded. Any value unused after the Expiry Date may not be refunded and may become the property of the issuer. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
An AG LEGO Certified Store E-Gift Card is an electronic gift voucher. It is sent via email in HTML format.
e-Gift cards that have a PIN included within the e-Gift Card email, can be redeemed both in our stores and online.
Where someone has received an e-Gift Card email that does not include a PIN, can ONLY be used on the AG LEGO certified Store website ( https://lego.bricksmegastore.com/).

All AG LEGO Certified Physical Gift Cards bought in a store and all e-Gift Cards purchased online, from 31 March 2018 will expire three years from the issue date.
We do not sell our e-Gift Cards anywhere other than this website, and in our stores. If you are offered, or see, an e-Gift Card via 'resell' sites such as gumtree, Facebook marketplace or eBay, please be advised that these are likely to be fraudulent.
We do deactivate all gift cards that are found to be fraudulent; if you purchase one of these cards from a 'reseller', you will be unable to redeem this card, and we are unable to support recouping of any funds you may have lost in purchasing these deactivated gift cards.

No, a gift card can only be redeemed in the same country (and currency) that the gift card was purchased.
So an Australian gift card (purchased in AUD$) can only be used in an Australian store; likewise a New Zealand gift card (purchased in NZD$) can only be redeemed in a New Zealand store.
At this time, e-Gift Cards can only be purchased online in Australia (in AUD$).
NO – once purchased AG LEGO Certified Store Gift Cards or AG LEGO Certified Store E-Gift Cards CANNOT be refunded or returned, unless required by law.

The Build A Minifigure 3-Pack is available for shipping orders only - Click and Collect is not available at this time. However, all our stores have an extensive range and you can visit any store to build your own minifigure 3-pack in store.
Minifigures are sold in packs of 3 and cannot be purchased separately.
The three Minifigures will be packed in the 3-Pack plastic packaging (holder).
You can add more than one of the same minifigure to your 3-Pack, i.e. you can order three of the same minifigure.
Sometimes our most popular LEGO® sets really do fly off the shelves; especially at Christmas. To be fair to all our customers, we set a limit per customer on certain items/sets – we have applied a limit of three Build a Minifigure 3-Packs per customer – i.e. you can order a maximum of 9 of the same Minifigure.
The individual Minifigures are as per the images shown – we cannot change any elements e.g., Head / accessories. Once a particular Minifigure sells out, it will no longer be shown as an option to select in the ‘Build a Minifigure 3-Pack’.
If you can no longer see your preferred minifigure on the website, unfortunately, it means it is sold out and no longer available for purchase. We do replenish these regularly, so please check back at a later time to see if we have more available
The Build a Minifigure 3-Pack, and all of its components, are non-refundable and not able to be exchanged
1. Engraving is available on SELECTED colours of our LEGO 2x4 block keychains > those colours that can be engraved will show an ‘Add Engraving’ option on the product page, above the orange 'Add to Bag' button.
2. Engraved items are available for both shipping and Click and Collect (Pickup within Australia and New Zealand) in all stores except Townsville.
3. Please do wait until you receive your ‘Ready for pickup’ email before coming into the store. If you come in to collect your order before you have received this email, you may be asked to return at a later time (when engraving has been completed).
4. Engraving is not available on any other items on the website at this time.
5. Only white or black ink will be used for engraving. Black ink will be used on light-coloured blocks e.g., Pink. White ink will be used on all other colours of block keychains. The colour of ink is automatically applied and we are unable to accept any special requests for changes or different-coloured ink at this time.
6. All engravings are limited to 8 characters and pre-fixed to sentence case – this means only the first letter can be upper case / capitalised.
7. All engravings are limited to letters and numbers; symbols and emojis cannot be engraved
8. Our Engraving machines are able to cater for different characters and accents within different languages.
9. There are some words which cannot be engraved due to the settings we have in place – if you have any questions, please contact customer care
Our stores offer a range of engraving options – each store has different options available, so please do visit a store to talk through how they might be able to accommodate your special request(s).

To be fair to all our customers, we set a limit per customer on certain items/sets – especially New Releases. Yes, we are happy to provide a credit note or exchange on Click and Collect orders. An exchange is available for online orders instore, or you can return items to the warehouse for a credit note. In accordance with our Returns & Exchange policy.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or any exchanges on Build A Minifigure 3-Pack sets or any items that have been engraved.
All refunds are reverse transactions back to the same payment method you used when you placed your order.
Please allow 3-5 business days for any refunds to appear on your banking statement.
