It's easy! Simply browse our website and find the products you want, then follow the steps below:
1. Select the product.
2. Click LOCATIONS and choose your preferred store (where stock is available).
3. Click ADD TO BAG – you are now free to browse and add other items to your cart.
4. Once you are ready to complete your order, click the BAG icon in the top right corner to review your cart and the ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
5. Complete the order by entering your personal details and payment information.
6. Once you have successfully placed your order, wait for us to send you a READY TO PICKUP email telling you that your order is ready to collect. Please wait to receive this email before collecting your order.
Our Click and Collect orders will be available in one (1) hour in all AG LEGO Certified Stores for orders placed during store trading hours, or within two (2) hours after the store opens the next day if you purchase outside store hours. Please check the website for store trading hours.
7. Then simply go to your selected store with your CONFIRMATION EMAIL and your photo ID (so we know it’s you!).
8. Your order will be held for a maximum of seven (7) days in your chosen store. After this time, we will cancel your order and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please Note: If you need to nominate someone other than yourself to collect the order, we request that you please contact the store that you have nominated for your Click & Collect order.
