To check the balance of any gift card simply enter your gift card details and click on the ‘Check Balance’ button to view the total available.
Frequently Asked Questions
An AG LEGO® Certified Store E-Gift Card is an electronic voucher which is purchased online. It is sent via email to the person who purchases the E-Gift Card and is currently only available in Australia.
Please Note: The card will be sent to the person placing the order. It can then be forwarded to the recipient.
Please be aware that our system does not allow gift cards to be used for the purchase of other gift cards. If you have used a gift card for your purchase and your order includes a gift card, please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
As of 14th December 2021 Australian customers can now redeem AG LEGO® Certified Store Physical Gift Cards at any AG LEGO® Certified Store and online at lego.bricksmegastore.com
Please note: The AG LEGO® Certified Stores gift card is ONLY valid in the country of issue. New Zealand customers can only redeem this in AG LEGO® Certified Store within their country of issue and not online at lego.bricksmegastore.com.
To redeem your AG LEGO® Certified Stores E-Gift Card on https://lego.bricksmegastore.com, simply enter the unique code on the checkout page. The code isn't case sensitive. E-Gift Card balances are applied to the total value of an order.
Note: E-Gift Cards/ Gift Cards not valid at LEGO® .com, LEGO® LAND® Parks, LEGO® LAND Discovery Centres or LEGO® Dreamworld
If the balance available on the E-Gift Card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.
If the balance available on the E-Gift Card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
In addition, if your E-Gift Card email contained a PIN, you can also redeem this in one of our stores; just show your E-Gift Card to a team member at the till to process the E-Gift Card as payment. PIN-enabled gift cards were made available to purchase online from 7pm on 15th December 2021.
Those E-Gift Cards purchased online before 7pm 15th December (where a PIN was not provided) cannot be redeemed in stores.
Please do allow up to 24 hours after placing your order to receive all your E-Gift Cards via email (if you place an order for more than one gift card, they may not all come through to your inbox at the same time).
Some inboxes (particularly work Microsoft outlook email) have a higher security threshold in place - which means it takes a little longer for you to receive the gift cards. Unfortunately, this delay for "security checks" is out of our control.
If an E-Gift Card has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please check your junk mail and spam folder. Alternatively, please try searching for the subject line - 'Your Gift Card is inside' before contacting our Customer Care team.
If you are purchasing an AG LEGO® Certified Store E-Gift Voucher for a gift, then you will have to forward the E-Gift Voucher email to the recipient.
