Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter, and details of the prizes, form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Alquemie LCS Pty Ltd (ABN 14 629 981 497) of 11 Bowden Street, Alexandria NSW 2015.
3. This is a game of chance competition.
3. The game of chance competition commences at 9:30am (AEST) on Monday 22nd September and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Friday 31st October 2025 (“Competition Period”). The customer can redeem their prize in-store by 9th November 2025.
4. Entrant eligibility requirements:
• Entry is open to all Australian residents that are 18+ years or older.
• Entry is open to customers who are an existing AG LEGO Certified Stores VIP member or join as a new member of the AG LEGO Certified Stores VIP Program.
• To enter, the customer needs to make a purchase of any LEGO Gaming set/s in-store at the AG LEGO® Certified Store Melbourne Central (VIC).
• Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies are not eligible to enter.
6. To enter, eligible entrants must:
• Make a purchase of any LEGO Gaming set in-store at the AG LEGO® Certified Store Melbourne Central during the promotion period.
• Be an existing member or sign up as an AG LEGO® Certified Stores member, ensuring their customer VIP member profile is added by a store team member when making a purchase in-store.
• With each qualifying purchase, the customer will receive (1) “Peel and Win” scratch card. Limit one entry per customer.
• The “Peel and Win” scratch card will determine the prize that has been won and can be redeemed during the promotional period only, while stocks last.
• The qualifying LEGO set purchases must be from the following LEGO Gaming themes:
• LEGO® Super Mario™
• LEGO® Fortnite
• LEGO® Animal Crossing™
• LEGO® Minecraft
• LEGO® Sonic
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
8. Multiple entries are not allowed.
9. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and eligible entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
11. All entrants who enter the Play, Peel & Win competition will win one LEGO Prize. Each competition entrant will instantly WIN, by peeling the LEGO Gaming Controller competition card to reveal their LEGO prize at the AG LEGO® Certified Store Melbourne Central during the Competition Period.
12. The Winner’s prize on the LEGO Controller Peel & Win card is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Each Peel and Win card will reveal a LEGO surprise to be won.
14. Prizes consists of a LEGO Prize which includes a mix of LEGO Mini-builds, Keyrings, LEGO non-brick gift with purchases and LEGO Gaming sets.

15. Total prize pool is in VIC is $9,962.00, however each entrant will only win 1 (one) prize out of the total prize pool in each state.
16. Prizes are available while stocks last and must be collected in-store at the time of purchase or during the promotional period. An extended collection period will be allowed up until Sunday 9th November to collect prizes, however no further entry’s will be allowed outside of the promotional period.
17. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that prize.
18. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. If the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute for a Prize of equal or greater value.
19. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize or redemption of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by any applicable Australian law (in which case, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
20. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize.
21. Information about entrants will not be used for a purpose other than the lottery.
22. Entrants can refer to the privacy policy listed under the AG LEGO Certified Stores membership program, as this privacy policy will apply to this lottery.
23. These terms and conditions cannot limit, exclude, modify, or purport guarantees under Australian Consumer Law or any implied warranties under the ASIC Act.
