Terms and Conditions  

1. Information on how to enter, and details of the prizes, form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. 

 

2. The Promoter is Alquemie LCS Pty Ltd (ABN 14 629 981 497) of Level 11, 10 Carrington St Sydney NSW 2000. 

 

3. This is a game of chance competition which commences at 9:00am (NZST) on Tuesday 19th May 2026 and closes at 3:00pm (NZST) on Wednesday 20th May 2026 (“Competition Period”). The customer must be available to attend the Preview Event on Thursday 21st May at the time specified once contacted. 

 

4. Entrant eligibility requirements: 

  • Entry is open to all New Zealand residents that are 18+ years or older. 

  • Children are welcome with an adult guest and will be included in the winning ticket number 

  • Entry is open to customers who are an existing AG LEGO Certified Stores VIP member or join as a new member of the AG LEGO Certified Stores VIP Program 

  • Entry is open to entrants who can travel to and from the store, travel expenses are not included in the prize 

 

5. To enter, eligible entrants must:  

  • Entrants must submit ‘Enter Now’ button in order to complete their entry. 

  • Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies are not eligible to enter. 

  • With each entry, this is considered one entry into the draw. One entry per customer. 

 

6. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.  

 

7. Multiple entries are not allowed.  

 

8. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter. 

  

9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and eligible entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.  

 

10. All entrants who enter the competition will go into the draw to win 2 tickets to the exclusive preview event of the brand-new LEGO® Certified Store Sylvia Park. 5 winners will be contacted and each winner will receive a total of 2 tickets (children will be included in this number). 

 

11. The winner’s prize is final and cannot be changed. 

 

12. Prize consists of any LEGO set available in the LEGO® Certified Store Pitt St Mall, Sydney (subject to availability of stock on hand).  

 

13. Total prize pool has no value, it is a private ticketed event. 

 

14. The winner will be chosen randomly from a list of people who completed the entry requirements during the Competition Period. The winner will be drawn at Alquemie Head Office located at: Alquemie LCS Pty Ltd (ABN 14 629 981 497) of Level 11, 10 Carrington St Sydney NSW 2000. 

 

15. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

 

16. The winner will be notified via email or phone on Wednesday 20th May 2026 at 3:00pm and their name will be published on https://lego.bricksmegastore.com/ from Thursday 21st May 2026 at 2pm. 

 

17. Prize Details: There is a total of 10 tickets and 5 winners will be contacted and offered 2 tickets each.  

 

18. Prize will be redeemed at the event, the winner’s name will be stated on the guest list. No further entry’s will be allowed outside of the promotional period.  

 

19. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that prize.  

 

20. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize or redemption of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by any applicable Australian law (in which case, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).  

 

21. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize.  

 

22. Information about entrants will not be used for a purpose other than the lottery.  

 

23. Entrants can refer to the privacy policy listed under the AG LEGO Certified Stores membership program, as this privacy policy will apply to this lottery.  

 

24. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed at 5:00pm (NZST) on Wednesday 20th May 2026, a second draw held at Level 11, 10 Carrington St Sydney NSW 2000, they will be conducted on the day by the Promoter subject to any written direction given under applicable law. 

25. These terms and conditions cannot limit, exclude, modify, or purport guarantees under Australian Consumer Law or any implied warranties under the ASIC Act.
