Delivery Options

We ship within Australia and to New Zealand. In Australia, all orders are sent with Australia Post and we offer Standard and Express delivery. For New Zealand we ship internationally from Australia with multiple shipping providers.

Click and Collect

We offer click and collect for all of our Australian and New Zealand stores, where you can purchase online and simply pick up in-store.

Returns

Change of Mind

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with an EXCHANGE or a CREDIT NOTE within 30 DAYS of the PURCHASE DATE subject to the following:

  1. Purchases must be accompanied with an itemised AG LEGO Certified Store receipt; and
  2. Products must be UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, UNOPENED and in their ORIGINAL packaging.

Items not covered by our Change of Mind Policy

  1. Engraved and Customised items (including Pick-A-Brick and Build-A-Minifigure items) cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
  2. Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty.

 

Faulty Goods

Major Fault

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a REPLACEMENT or REFUND for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Minor Fault

If there is a minor fault we may attempt to repair the product for free. If we are unable to do so or cannot fix the problem, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Damage

Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect or abnormal use,

AG LEGO Certified Stores will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.
