Please note - We will send your items from the most convenient location to increase speed for your order. Therefore you may receive multiple items separated into multiple orders and delivered separately under different tracking numbers. If this occurs, you will receive an email notification advising you of a partial order delivery. No additional shipping charges will be applied to partial orders.  
 
We use Australia Post for our Australian orders. You can keep up-to-date with the latest news on mailing services from Australia Post, like possible delays due to Covid-19 here
 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER 
When your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a new email/ SMS on the estimated delivery date along with your tracking details. 
Track your order by entering your consignment number via https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track (Keep in mind, tracking info may not be available for at least 12 hours after dispatch).

    Returns & Exchanges Policy

    Faulty Returns

    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased. Just follow the returns process above in-store or online.

    - Major Fault
    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a REPLACEMENT or REFUND for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

    - Minor Fault
    If there is a minor fault we may attempt to repair the product for free. If we are unable to do so or cannot fix the problem, we will provide a replacement or refund.

    - Damage
    Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect or abnormal use,

    AG LEGO Certified Stores will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

    Change of Mind Returns

    If you change your mind about a product you purchased from us online or in-store, we will offer you a credit note for the purchase price, or exchange (only available via stores) in the country of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

    1. Items purchased online can be returned in store with proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your order or 30 days of picking up your order for click & collect. In the case of online purchases, credit note will not include the cost of shipping, except as provided below.
    2. Must meet the conditions of return. Products must be UNUSED, UNDAMAGED and UNOPENED in its ORIGINAL packaging.
    3. Items not covered by our change of mind policy:  Engraved and Customised items (including Pick-A-Brick and Build-A-Minifigure items) cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty
    4. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return; and
    5. Items purchased online can be returned in store with proof of purchase. In the case of online purchases, refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except as provided below.

    Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
